Off to a good start at move-in, but as time went on it seemed the only thing wrong with these apartments is the management. When we moved in the parking was terrible, it was do or die to get a spot. After a year and a dozen complaints they finally got smart & added more parking. And while adding parking they also decided they would add a tot lot, without notice, 200 feet from our front door. The apartments are roomy, the appliances are new, rent prices were a little high, blah, blah, blah, things you would expect from a newer apartment complex. However when you move out expect to pay to renovate the apartment, they take no wear n' tear into consideration, so never walk on your carpet & do not hang a single thing!!! Kiss your deposit good-bye, they will make things up to keep it. If you choose to rent here don't actually live in the apartment, you have a better chance of getting your deposit back. Also never expect to use the treadmills at the gym, you can tell them their broken day in and day out with no resolve. The hot tub occasionally worked and when it did it was swarmed w/ kids, there were never any warnings posted about the dangers of children playing in hot tubs. Not to blame the management entirely, parents should research the dangers of kids in hot tubs. Never let your visiting guests go to the pool without you present, so if your sister visits and wants to take your niece to the pool drop everything & go with her otherwise she'll be thrown out. You are researching these apartments to decide whether or not to rent here, so in my opinion....no, it's too much trouble in the end. They lie and will even tell other rental communities/creditors that the amount you owe them is for back rent, even though you have proof it's for made-up damages. If you like to get screwed this is the place for you!
