Highlands is a very nice complex. The grounds are very well kept, the maintenance crew was always prompt and courteous. Office staff always very nice and helpful. Parking spaces are larger than the usual size. Apartment was always bright and sunny since all apartments are corner units. The only draw back is the lack of insulation in the walls. Most times we could hear our upstairs neighbors TV, and stereo, and also whenever they walked around, but overall we very much liked the Highlands!!!
