RIP OFFS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   THEY KEEP STEALING PEOPLES DEPOSITS WHEN THEY MOVE OUT BY MAKING ALL KINDS OF CLAIMS .EVEN IF YOU CLEAN CARPETS AND APARTMENTS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSITS BACK UNLESS THEY RENT YOUR PLACE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEN MAYBE BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY DON'T RENT IT. MY APARTMENT WAS CLEANED WALLS AND ALL INCLUDING CARPETS AND STILL NO DEPOSIT RETURNED THEY SAID THEY HAD NO RENTERS FOR IT BUT I CAME OVER 2 DAYS AFTER I MOVED AND SOMEONE WAS ALREADY LIVING IN IT, SO IT WAS RENTED BEFORE I MOVED OUT AND THEY STILL STOLE MY DEPOSIT SO THAT IS WHY NO ONE CLEANS AND DESTROYS THE APARTMENTS BEFORE THEY MOVE OUTTHE OWNERS NEED TO TALK TO SOME OF THEIR RENTERS INSTEAD OF THEIR WORKERS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON SLUM LORDS ARE NOT WELL LIKED. THEY STILL HAVEN'T CLEANED UP FROM THE HURRICANES OR FIXED THINGS FROM IT.THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE NOT CAPEABLE TO RUN THIS PLACE PROPERLY LIKE IT SHOULD BE DONE THERE IS SEXUAL PREDATORS LIVING THERE WITH A LOT OF CHILDREN WHO LIVE THERE WHICH IS NOT COOL. ALSO DRUG DEALERS KNOWN ONES AND I GUESS AS LONG AS THEY KEEP THE OFFICE PEOPLE IN SUPPLY THEY LET THEM STAY. THIS IS THE NASTIEST AND DIRTIEST PLACE IN OCALA.
