It was a pretty nice apartment with big bathtub and high ceilings. The woods in the back and the duck pond was pleasant. What make it unbearable for me though was the screaming neighbor. She would scream nightly and once I got on the balcony and said I would call the cops if she continued. I would hear the nightly fights and then the nightly sex. It was awful. She yelled back at me and said she could hear me walking around in the morning. In other words nice apartment but you can hear way too much of the neighbor,

I had the same problem. I called the security officer and nothing was done.
