Don't even think Unlike any other place they give only upto the 3rd to pay your rent if you miss by one day they charge 10% late fees. All places normally give upto the 10th to pay before any late fees is charged. If you like flexibility and don't want to be overcharghed just because

Too Strict in this Economy This is indeed a beautiful area and the maintaince of landscape is excellent.
But get a little down on your rent and the fangs come out. They charge $100.00 late fee and still geive you a three day notice and off to cour with more fees. Really heatless. I gave them

Save your money, move somewhere else! I recently moved out. There were tons of problems with this complex. One of the worst is the lack of parking, another is the bugs. You will always have HIGH electric bills due to poor insulation in the buildings.
Trust me, find somewhere less

I have lived at Vizcaya for a little over a year now. The price is great for what you get. I have not had any problems with the office staff and the pools are great. In the past year I have seen many improvements through out the complex.

I HATE KEY ISLE THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. BUGS EVERYWHERE. NASTY OFFICE WORKERS. RUDE TENANTS. NEVER ANY PARKING, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PARK OUT ON THE ROAD AND RISK GETTING HIT. GATES WORK ONCE IN AWHILE. THIS PLACE SUCKS. DO NOT RENT HERE.
