Looked for months and had just about given up hope...bad experiences with leasing agents at other properties in and around Pinellas Co. had us near dispare. Julie, Jay and the entire staff (office and maintenance) have been outstanding. Always polite and excessible. The grounds are in a park like setting giving you plenty of privacy and our neighbors are respectful and friendly.
