I've lived here for years with my father and we pretty much keep to ourselves. I've never had any negative experiences with neighbors or staff. The apartment itself isn't of the best quality (thin walls, cheap fixtures, low-grade appliances) but its what you would expect for the price. Our biggest qualm is the constant inspections and crap that they give you two days notice for. We've gotten all too used to finding notes on the door when we come home that inform us someone will be entering our apartment in a day or two.
