Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
i've been living here going on 5 months. so far the shelf has fell out of the wall, the towel rack has fell off the wall, AC has had to be recharged twice, hot water lasts 10min. then converts to cold. also parking is a b*tch. if your not home by 7pm then your parking pretty much in the middle of the lot.
