Comfortable for the price I live at Nile Gardens and it is ok for the price. It is under new management and I have noticed them updating the property. New cermaic tile and new carpet. I like the changes and would recommend the apartments to anyone that wants to save money and has a little patience

it´s alright i´ve been living here going on 5 months. so far the shelf has fell out of the wall, the towel rack has fell off the wall, AC has had to be recharged twice, hot water lasts 10min. then converts to cold. also parking is a b*tch. if your not home by 7pm then your parking pretty
