Don't waste your $$$ Along with the rent of $1900 per month we had utility expenses of close to $500 per month just to live across the street from a WalMart. Not worth it in this market where you caould buy or rent a beautiful house for less than that.

Great Location I lived here 2 years until I bought my house and had no problems. The location is great, close to everything. I paid my rent on time, cleaned up after my dog and left my party days years ago. The people (staff & neighbors) were nice enough.
