Wow...raise the rent how much? Why? - They wanted to raise the rent $72 a month for a new lease and require $100K in renter's insurance with no upgrades or additional services. The outside of the buildings are covered with bugs (spiders, bees & hornets). The hallways and drive ways are covered with leaves, etc. Kids run all over without supervision. Safe and affordable - My family has lived in these apartments for several years. The apartments are small, there are no dish washers or washer/dryer hook ups in the units, no pool, no tennis courts, no extra "fancy" modern, updated anything here.. but, when we chose these apartments, we weren't looking for a luxury resort type of a place.
