maintenance-wise, they're okay. management and community-wise... well, they suck. office people are rude and could care less about their residents. the management (WRH i believe) needs to re-evaluate this community and make some changes. but WRH also sucks. i hear a lot of bad things about them. i wouldn't recommend renting from them. there are much better places out there.
