Parking was great when we first moved in, but recently when we moved out (less than 1 month ago) we couldnt get a spot nearby our apartment if coming in at night.

Maintenance was usually great - fast and curteous....We had to call them often because something was always breaking - especially the AC which seemed to leak about every other week.

Can't speak for the current office staff because it all just changed right before we moved.

I did not feel safe at all living here. We are military and did not know the area prior to moving in here. There has recently been a shooting nearby and the police were combing the neighborhood for the shooter - including overhead by helicopter...this was very scary for us!!, and the police are always in the neighborhood busting people for this and that - several times of which we have seen them with their guns raised.

The In Town Suites which is nearby may be part of the problem. They have had a couple crystal meth lab drug busts there and there are also several registered sex offenders living there. People from there often come over and use the swimming pool.

A lot of the older kids come and play with hard balls in the pool - one of my neighbors 4 year old was hit in the face with a football and it cut her face. The old management vowed to not allow balls in the pool anymore - however that didnt last long. Young children and their parents are now often run out of the pool by older, obnoxious (and unaccompanied by their parents) teens.

The playground is a joke...

The apartments themselves were okay - nothing special, but deffinitely not the worst we have seen. Closet space was nice - but there wasn't much storage space otherwise. Kitchen is small with very limited cabinet space.

Also, we had a very noisy neighbor which we had to call the police on and make several complaints to management about. She was given tickets by the police and management told us they were giving her an eviction notice on several different occasions, but somehow she always managed to stay.

The location was convinient to many things and that was a plus.

Overall, we felt very unsafe here. I would absolutely not recommend this place especially if you have a family...you will not feel safe for your children here.

We ended up getting out of our lease by using the military clause - I only wish we had gotten out of there sooner.
