I don't feel safe here, unruley kids climb on your car, teenagers hang out at the pool & make lude & racist comments so don't bother trying to read or relax, If you like to walk through the mud to get to your door everytime it rains or if you like to buy alot of draino and take apart your sink plumbing to get it to drain then this is the place to live! Don't let the nice rental office fool you.

Who Ever wrote this must be someone who don't pay rent on time or either have a nasty apartment. I have been here for 10 years and Blanding Place is Great. The Manager and Assistant Manager and Maint Team is great they are very professional and prompt. I would choose to stay any where else.

Not much that can be done about unruly kids except ban them from the communal areas but the plumbing is something that should be solved before allowing a tenant to pay to live in a unit. ...and that first response was definately written by someone in management or one of the many family members of the management living here.
