C. Leave the grass unattended for over a month-and-a-half before hiring a scrub team of tenants with a history of complaints against them to cut the grass with a pushmower and leave an unfinished job and grass clippings everywhere'
If you're Bethany Realty the answer is obvious. Their horrible management of this community shows every day. They are discourteous and unable to properly maintain the premises or living units. Two thumbs down.
Clarification: The office area(only the office area) was tended to professionally and I uploaded pictures of the area in the vicinity of the building I live in.

All the comments are true. I feel so bad for the office staff. They have to continue lieing to the residents to protect Bethany.

I Just Moved In and the staff and living aera is wonderful my air was out and the next day there was someone there to fix it now after 6 months ask me again....To be Continued...:)
