The new managment staff at Blanding Place is working very hard to fix the problems and issues caused by neglect from previous managment and owners. Blanding Place is now under new managment and working hard to turn this beautiful property back to what is used to be!

Are you serious? Since the new management took over only a few weeks ago they have done precious little to stop the inconsiderate tenants from making noise with their loud music and gas powered rc cars. What they have done is refused to renew an active duty military guy's lease with no reason...not because he can't pay and not because he's a bad tenant but just because he's military and military folks transfer every few years. Anonymus poster probably works for them...don't buy their hype.

What about having an old felony record? I was reading the application and noticed they do a thourough background criminal check; I made a mistake back in 2002, and have been an upstanding citizen ever since, but don't want to waste my money on an application fee, if I am going to be denied regardless.
