Horrible place, don't move here! From: brittonz3@gmail.com Date posted: 2/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I thought this was a nice place to live until I moved out. It's like Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde. They went from nice friendly people to, let's reem the crap out of you. I had to get out of there because I lost my job, and I am still very young, so I went to move in with my dad. They knew I had no money, and they still reemed me for all of my deposit, plus an additional 185 dollars *mainly for pet damage* and my pet fee didn't cover any pet damage. Which the only damage was to the blinds *$75. But they also charged me for having a splash of tomatoe sauce on the dishwasher, $30 dollars to wipe that off. And a few stains on the stove, and a few stains in the frig, that all takes maybe 15 minutes of their time. Apparently I was in a rush to get out by new Years and I didn't have a lot of time to make it perfect. But it was clean. There is no reason to charge cleaning to be 450 dollars for 15 minutes of your time, on someone who doesn't have any money. Simply ridiculous!
