this place is going down fast. they have just gotten new office staff and i think they must have gone to the mall to hire them. they don't seem to have a clue about anything.
if you ask them a question they look at you dumbfounded and can't answer you and don't try to get you an answer. and very rude and down right hateful when they speak to you.
the new manager -well you would just have to meet her to see she doesn't know what she is doing. but then you would have to come here and i don't recommend that. i like my apartment and the property is in general quiet and well kept. i've never had a problem with maintenance. they have always been prompt, respectful and helpful when they could.

It use to be a wonderful place! It is sad that it will never be the same. I have been here for many years and I have never seen it this bad. I have not been into the office yet,IM afraid to go in there with what everyone has been telling me.. but I can tell you that with the pools being closed.. the fitness center in the old clubhouse(no more use of that)what a shame. The iron fence being roped up instead of being fixed..very dark at night on both sides......no more fresh flowers anywhere....it is not enjoyable coming home to this place anymore. I will be happy when my lease is up and can finally say good bye to this dreary place.
