I lived there for 4 years, our building was always the last one to have anything done, we never had the building painted when all the other buildings around us were completed, including the roof. When you call the office for an emergency ie ac not working even on weekends, you have to wait for them to set it up, and they will not refund you anything even thou you are sweating to death in your apt where you have to pay rent. The maintenance sucks, the cleaniness of the apts sucks, we had to clean our apartment before we moved in and cleaned it once we moved out as we used to live in Navy housing so you know how strict they are and they still kept our deposit stating they had to go in and clean, when all they had to do was take out the clean trash can that we put in the kitchen so it wouldnt get stolen. If you call to have repairs done it takes forever, also lots of bugs....and they don't enforce the rules for everyone, just certain people, so if you complain you are their target...lots of trash, drugs, robbery...etc.
