Biggest apartments for the money

I have lived in Four Winds Apartments 3 different times from 1989 for 3 years,
December 1996 til July 1999.
September 2001 to Present (11/2002
I have seen many managers around this complex and I have fought with many of them. The first time I lived there I had nothing but trouble getting anything done. I moved from Savannah and was suppose to move in on a Saturday. I called Friday afternoon and was told the apartment would be ready. It was NOT!! Hadn't been painted, holes in the wall, doors off the hinges.
The last 2 times, including the present has been much different. A few times I have had to call and inquire as to why something hadn't been done but am overall satisfied. The complex is getting old and needs a face lift, however, the owners of the complex do not want to invest money, it seems. The current manager (11/02) is very responsive to my requests for service. I have no complaints. These apartments (townshouses) are the biggest in O.P. for the price. And very close to grocery stores, church and a sports bar. Not a bad place to call home.
