I had lived in this complex for two years. When I think back on it I wonder why I did.

The management of this property has never been helpful at all. The first manager that was there when I was renting was a completly useless woman who took her time getting anything done. Anything in the apartment that has to eventualy be replaced over time due to wear and tear she never wanted to replace. It normaly took 2 weeks to get her to send a repair man to fix or replace something that was damaged.

The best thing that happened there when the upstairs bathroom sprung a leak and started pouring into the living room below. It took her over a month to get this fixed. Her temporay solution was "dont use the shower" or "if you want to shower just come by the office during business hours and well escort you to one of the other apartments to you can shower". Needless to say this lady was eventuly removed. The person she was replaced with has both good and bad points.

The good point she has is that she sent people within 2 days to fix a problem. No more maintence nightmares. However when I left this complex it was due to me being laid off from work. So obviously I had little to no money. We made arrangements to pay the early termination fee of $629 in $20 chunchs each month. I have been paying these upto january when she decided to send me to a collections agency for the full amount. I am now disputing all charges on her embezeling the money and fraud. If your gonna pay more somewhere else. I say pay it and avoid this place like the plague. The trouble is not worth it.
