There are some wanna be thugs in the neighborhood but just a few. The little kids riding around on miniature motorcycles without helmets are an obstacle as well. It's not noisy most nights but there are a few where you just want to call the cops. The management is pretty nice. The a/c has a tendendy to freeze over. They didn't replace our carpet when we moved in. They claimed they cleaned it but the puke stain that easily came up was evidence enough that they didn't bother trying to do any thing. The edged of the carpet had paint on them. My cars trunk was scrathed up hard core by somebody. My wheel and tire, tires I'd just bought the day before, were stolen off my car and I was out $140 for the ordeal.
