I have lived here for 2 years, and it has been the worst living conditions i have ever been in. The upstairs toilet broke it's piping about 3 months ago, and ruined my computer and the downstairs carpet. the ceiling is now falling apart in the living room, and the walls near the burst pipe have this really awesome brown f***ing stain running down the entire wall. Not to mention near my door where they repaired the roof last year....it poured rain and ruined the wall right next to my front door...the only thing they have done after 10 calls to their maintenance department was to send a guy over with a fan, to dry off the carpet. which took him about a week to get there after i left the messages. Also the AC leaks above my stairs so i keep towels under it... the people who run this complex are horrible at what they do. good luck to anyone that decides to put up with this s*** hole.

In response to this ridiculous review: The previous post is completely FALSE. This is a disgruntled former resident that skipped out on their lease and left our brand new carpet completely reuined by dog urine and has been sent to collections. This site which is normally a good resource tool for people looking for a new home to utilize, but can also be used to make false accusations and slanderous comments without any recourse. However, from the management side, if we want to respond to reviews we are required to pay $180.00 a year just to defend ourselves. Ask yourself this question, If things were TRULY this bad, would anyone really stay there?
