I have lived here for about a year and a half. I am not afraid to let my 2 year old play outside. Im not afraid to take nightly walks. The apartment is more than roomy. All the staff lives on property which is amazing when you have late night issues. I have called the emergency line at 2 in the morning and they responded pretty quickly. Yes we have had a few issues with maintenance but they were fixed in a very timely manner. The pool, cabana, and area around the office is a great place you can just go out and relax, very clean and well up kept. The office people are amazing and knows you by name in no time at all. The townhomes are so well insulated you rarely ever even know your neighbor is home! Great place for families to live in. I recomend it to everyone!
