I have lived here for one year, an very excited to move. I would never in my life recomend this place to anyone. The club house is closed during evening when people are actually home! When you are at the pool be careful not to have fun or the land lady will tell you to leave. You can?t disrupt her sleep! She does not hold any fun gatherings such as cook outs, parties, etc. While in the pool area do not bring food or drinks in glass bottles and do not even think of having more than one friend. Water pipes are so old it leaks orange junk and smells like garbage. When living on the bottom floor water leaks from the ceiling. The maintnence people do nothing to fix these things altough called many times. This place is trash and the owner is doing nothing to improve anything. I DO NOT recomend moving here. The land lady seems nice when you first meet, Thats what we thought of her, But as you live there for a month or two she changes. She is not good with children!
