Noisy Compared To Townhouses, But Great Maintenance,Thanx to "CHUCK"!!

Well, I lived here one year. The apartments are very noisy, meaning they are not very soundproff @ all. The apartments are pretty nice, but, the feature that set these apartments over the roof is "Chuck" the maintanence guy. Chuck worked his hiney off to make sure everything was working great in the apartments. If Chuck wasn't going 100 miles an hour at the moment, he didn't think twice to stop & say "Hi" for a second. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY, CHUCK!!! YOU MADE OUR STAY COMFORTABLE!!! As for the office, the scheduled office hours are whatever is convenient for the Leasing Manager & that was about it. There were pleanty of friendly neighbors to be found & was never a problem w/parking. I never heard of any break-ins or problems. The rent was definately fair. Thanks agin, Chuck, I hope someone tells you about this "write-up" take care!!
