Worst apartment community in Orange Park.

This has been the worst apartment experience ever. The only thing going for them is it is cheap in cost. They do nothing about tenant problems and will most likely not return your deposit and will tack on additional charges to your account. You will be charged extra for normal wear and tear that should actually come out of the deposit or should be covered as part of their doing business. The overall condition of the community is poor, inside and out. The maintenance staff is questionable.
