Jennifer Green Apartments

Sadly a dissapointment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place is a total nightmare. The management is rude, and unhelpful, the maintenance staff is insulting and slimy, and they allow tenants to have 10 or more people living in a 3 bedroom apartment. They constantly threaten you for everything. It's a hostile environment where you always feel like you have to run from your car to your door to make sure you remain unmolested. They also have "inspections" 5 or more times a year where they give you very very little notice. They also say that they have "fixed" things, and then treat you meanly when you ask them to come back and repair something that was broken. As soon as my lease is up, I am so out of here.
