Wow....I could have sworn there were no reviews on this place when I was looking at it; I sure wish I had looked harder because I am seriously thinking twice about this decision.
The place was not clean when we came to move in; they said they cleaned it, but it was no where near habitable. So we scrubbed as much as we could and called maintenance for the rest.
Then the ant problem started. 1st just a few here and there in the bathroom, mostly around the sink. Then a couple in the kitchen. And now in the bedroom, in the bed!!! I can't stand seeing those little bastards every day. I told them about it and they just said they're having the exterminator come and spray and that they'll keep having him come til the problem goes away. This place must be built on the largest ant hill in the world cuz these things never go away!! I don't know if they ever even have someone come and spray; I have to work so I can afford to live in this ant ranch.
Then theres the staff; theres only 4 of them for like 20 buildings and only 2 of those are maintenance. They can only do so much. And one of them has a serious attitude; if he hates it so much(I don't blame him, though) he should leave...at least he gets to - the rest of us are stuck here in a contract. When we first came here we were bent over a barrel with our pants around our ankles and they're making sure we stay there.
The apartments themselves are pretty spacious; its the infestation(its NOT a small problem) and the less than delightful staff who are making this a lease I wish I had never seen. But judge for yourself...just think hard about what you're willing to live with before signing...
