This place is completely awful. I have tried everything in the world to make it through until the end of my lease but it's definitely not easy. I live on the second floor, where a lot of the neighbors like to hang out because no one can see what they are doing. The lights on the breeze way have not worked since I moved in, and I have complained SEVERAL times about this. I have even gone as far as getting an attorney to contact them about the safety of the residents, and they still have not done a thing. The ant infestation is no lie, they are everywhere. They took care of the problem when we first moved in, but it's like the exterminator has not been back here since we moved in 6 months ago. Asking the office about anything is worse than pulling teeth. I have pretty much had to rely on the help of the local police for everything from noise disturbances to people fighting in the parking lot. Also, the pipes in these buildings are so old that you have to bathe in water full of RUST because they have no taken care of their buildings. I'm scared to even cook with the tap water due to all the rust in the pipes. Our tap water is red, no matter how long you leave it running. Do NOT move here! Ecspecially if you will be living alone, this place is not safe. I live with my fiance and a roommate and we are still terrified to go out at night. Beware, there are MUCH better places to live in Orange Park other than Jennifer Green.

i agree with her dont move here this place is horrible.. odd you cant even get the owners name to complain. i have had nothing but problems since i moved in. paying almost a 1000 and still living in a ---- hole

I dont agree, I think jennifer Green is safe, I lived in this property for while now, there has been a few bad things going on, but the new owners that take over are taking care of it, I think things are going to be better now.

you have a very accurate review and i believe that the response listed here from 'anonymous' is actually from the same person writing all the postive things about jennifer green, now. someone trying to boost the ratings..business must be bad! :)
