I moved in in 1990 I would say I like Jennifer Green very well. It has been through a few different owners but the ones who have it now are really making a difference. Looks like there redoing the pool. I have seen a lot of work going on here in the last few months. They keep it looking nice. The outside could use some paint but it never look dirty or trashy here the maintenance guy keeps it looking good. He has been here for year s hes a nice guy, very quick to get my work orders completed fast.

I have been living at Jennifer Green for a while,I like Jennifer Green very much,the office manager is very nice and friendly always ready to listnen to our problem, there's has been a few owners, but this owners are making the difference, there's new things happening new pool, new paint, when someone moved the old appartment been remodel with new appliances.
