I lived her for more then 2 years and I havent had a problem since the new managment has taken over. This people are so friendly and more then helpful. and the maintance is always on time. The new managment has most definitley made my stay way more pleasent. And they are really doing wonderful things to this place there remodeling the pool and repainting the buildings and are renovating the apartments to stainless still appliances which are really and brings a lot out of the apartment. I recommend this place I been here for then two years I transferred to a new remodeled apartment and I'm so happy. I dont have any problems really believe it or not. Please if you take the time out to read this message please take the time out to come check out this wonderfull place so you can really get a chance to enjoy living!!!

i moved out of jennifer green apts last year and when i left, there was a terrible ant problem and the maintenance man had the worst attitude about having to do anything! there were stains on everything when we moved in; from the countertops, to the rust stains in the bathtub(which never quit dripping, btw). our sliding screen for the patio didn't shut all the way, but because it was still on the tracks, they said that they weren't going to replace it. there was no screen in one bedroom and the screens in the other bedroom were broken(and i brought all of this to their attention). but really, the worst of it was the ants that were always in the bed, on the counters, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, in the living room and halls, even sometimes in our clothes!! i know that they had people spray, but it didn't do any good! the laundry room was usually a mess; i know that that is a result of the tenants, but it didn't make it any better. the trash was always overflowing onto the floor and for many months, there were only a few washers that worked as all the rest had standing water in them...it stunk in there so bad from that water sitting in those washers!! and then there was always water on the floor. i was usually nervous to go get my mail because of the types of people who were always just hanging around that area and there were so many bushes that you wouldn't even notice if someone were hiding behind one.the area was not well lit at night.
anyways, i seriously doubt that "all of a sudden" this place is just magnificent! "all of a sudden" theres all this positive feedback from 'tenants' who have supposedly lived there for so long....i think its the managements way of trying to cancel out all of the negative feedback they've been getting! also, they like to show you one apt that they have all fixed up and shiny(their model apt), but when you come back to sign the papers, "all of a sudden" that one is no longer available, but they just happen to have one that was just moved out of and i can almost promise you that it will look nothing like the one you originally looked at! good luck!!

Well I can say I have lived here for a while so long that I seen the managment change so much it was like some new everyday or everymonth should I say I havent had problems with any pest and also you have to think that this is florida and ants are going to be out because if the heat when i lived in california i had the problems with sugar ants just not as bad they were only in my kitchen and thats because of the heat.....The laundry room i can agree has been dirty but they clean it so much and the trash is always taken out but over all i seen the change in this place that I will recommend the new management has really made a difference for the ones that been here through it all i mean you cant have perfection when it comes an apartment complex just because these buildings are so old so for how old these buildings are worth it because of how well they are managed. I cant comment on the staff but I wouldnt doubt it but i really do live her and been here for all the changes.
