Jennifer Green has been through at least 3 management companies since I've lived here...and that's only been a year and 6 months! They make empty promises about maintenance to be done (last year the pool was supposed to be fixed--never was, and this year, they had the pool down for more than 2 months DURING SUMMER TIME!). We have had nothing but problems with ants, and then neighbors allow their dogs to do their business in the courtyard areas without picking it up! Management does not bother with cleaning up after these lazy tenants. I waited 2 months for maintenance to fix a leak in my master bathroom (leaking into my shower from UPSTAIRS), and when they finally came to fix it, they just put some plaster over the cracks--needless to say, a month later the cracks were back. I'm leaving my apartment this summer, and couldn't be happier that I am doing it! I would NOT allow any family or friends to even CONSIDER moving here! The best thing about the place is that it's zoned for a great elementary school!
