I looked at a bunch of places in the area, and must admit that when I stopped here, the planets mustve been aligned or something for them, as I was shown a very nice apartment, big, and remodeled modernly. Overall, it was very comparable to any of the higher end apartments in the area (as far as inside) The outside of the place is old, run down looking. When I finally made my move, from NY, I got to the apartment, and nothing had been done with the issues I presented upon first inspection a week previous. I typically am not one to gripe, so I let it go, they were pretty minor to begin with. The first day went off without a hitch, moved everything in, got the apartment looking very nice. Then, the next day I decided to cook my first meal. After eating it, I walked into the kitchen and found roaches pretty much everywhere. Disgusting. Called management, left several messages, and didn't hear anything back until I CALLED the next day. They said they would get someone out there, but that ended up taking several days. In the meantime, my key to my mailbox didn't work, that took a week to get fixed. Could you go a week without opening your mail' I also was treated to a leaking faucet, that I ended up fixing myself, on two seperate occasions. The pipes were literally just sitting there, not even hooked up underneath the sink!! I have since been living here for three weeks now, and even though they have come in for what they consider pest control (leaving store bought traps and spraying!!!) I still have roaches, found one the size of a tablespoon, and at this point have seen close to a hundred baby roaches running around in every part of the apartment. I am in the process of leaving the place, and will definitely be spreading the word to stay away. This doesn't even begin to mention the fact that the tennants here basically walk by the aparment and stare into the sliding glass door, let their dogs ---- a foot from my patio, and the pool is cleaned like once a month. Management here is very poor, and although they don't really have any power to help the situation, the Manager above the manager is useless. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, trust me. I have heard several things about the violence, and recently there have been a few break ins. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM JENNIFER GREEN APARTMENTS

Hmm, the majority of tenants at the apartment complex don't speak english, so I am surprised to get a response. I do, however, find that response funny, due to the fact that even the pest control person, and the CLAY COUNTY HEALTH REPRESENTATIVE stated that the apartment complex has been known to have previous pest issues. As well as the fact that I only got the roaches from there being holes in the walls from the outside that were never covered up when they were renovating. Since you live in this complex, most likely you are illiterate, so I ask you to re-read my review, and you will notice that the roaches appeared my first full day there. I live spotlessly. Shocking that upon my move, I have NEVER seen a roach in my new place. Couldn't be happier. I am sorry that you had to write a response that was an attempt at being disrespectful. If I woke up at the Jennifer Green Apartments everyday, I would be pretty pissed off too....Thank you, good day to you.
