This is the worst run apartment complex we have ever lived in. It is not luxury like they claim, there is a ghetto fuse box in the dining room, and they chince on everything from $2 plastic toliet seats to not cleaning the apt before you move in.
Also- measure your apt. when you move in, we couldn't fit our furniture in and we measured it (including the screened in porch overlooking their mosquito infested pond they call a lake, and we were short 70ft with a generous measurement.
We were lied to when signing the lease, and when we moved out we received a bill for over $1500.
We tried to get the problem corrected, and were told by management that they didn't like renting to the military because they always broke the leases. Hello! Have you ever heard of a military person ever being able to keep a full years lease' No, it is called being "called to duty" for a reason.
This apt complex is about 90% military and is a known problem with the housing office in Jacksonville- just call and tell them the problem, and they say "Let me guess...Lighthouse Court!"
Stay away from them, they dicscriminate against military and screw the other residents as well. They raised the rent on my next door neighbor $300 from one year to the next and told her "leave if you dn't like it!"
The location is good, the office staff is clueless and unprofessional to say the least.
I've heard the Vineyard on 220 is much better, wish I had known that.

I live at the Vineyard on 220. Love it! Office staff is friendly and organized. Maintenance is prompt and curteous and I moved into a CLEAN apartment. Just signed a new lease for my third year. Single paned windows are the biggest drawback for me.

This is obviously an old review. First off, the Vineyard has gone to condos which is now named Cobblestone. Drive your area much??? I have never heard of someone's rent being increased $300, they cannot charge more than 10% of what you are currently paying. The grounds are kept very clean and yes you do live in Florida so get used to the Mosquitos. Sounds like you just left your apartment trashed and are upset because they are charging you for it. It has nothing to do with Military, just sounds like you are an idiot and wouldn't want you as my neighbor anyways.

Yeah i'm in the military and i can tell you i live in l@fl right now. I do have a couple of issues with the apartment, like the cable is not comcast, it's some off the wall cable company that's horrible. and the way i'm facing i can't get sattelite so i'm stuck with the cable that i have. also i have issues with the people that just take their dogs outside and poop everywhere and don't bother to pick it up. i don't have dog, and i don't like it on my shoes or in my apartment. the trash is a mess too you have to drive your trash to a trash compactor which is crazy to me. Their are some good things also, its quiet, i live by the pool, and i don't hear any loud and rude people at all. The staff is nice, well some of them just look at you, but i only deal with one person. I'm in the military and the traffic sucks but i only h
