We live on the third floor, and we have had two neighbors below us and we have had noise problems with both of them. On quite a few occasions we have had to call and complain or go down and ask them to turn their music down because it was loud enough to shake things off our tables, and wake up our infant daughter who can sleep through just about anything. We also have noticed a problem with slamming door which isn't anyone's fault, the doors were poorly designed and unless you hold them they slam. When they slam they shake everyone's door in the building and it is quite annoying. Also they have a 60 lease termination clause in the lease that says even if your lease is expiring you have to tell them 60 days ahead of time that you are moving otherwise you will be charged that rent! I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.

Oh no, you actually have to give notice to move out like everyone else in Florida who is renting? You mean, they don't just like already know that you don't want to renew your lease? That's just crazy! Please people. The doors shutting automatically is a safety feature - yes, it sucks when someone lets their door slam but if thats the worst of your problems you may want to move and find out what real problems are.

i am currently having noise problems here! the office is absolutely horrible when it comes to dealing with these types of problems!!!!! i can not stress that enough! NOTHING EVER GETS DONE! i have some guy above me with two dogs that run around like MANIACS all day and all night... i am talking 10, 11 oclock at night and later and then as early as 6 in the morning! i have complained well over TWENTY TIMES PEOPLE! if you want to live like normal people, this is not the place aparantly, but if you want to live like wild hillbillies, you've found your haven!
