Lighthouse's ROE with Broadband CTI

Lighthouse is alright as far as apartments go. The thing that frustrates me is the cable company. BroadbandCTI aka Broadstar has the Right of entry (ROE) agreement with the landlord MAC. The ROE will not let real cable companies i.e. COMCAST, Charter, Time Warner, Cox to offer services on the premises. That wouldn't be so bad, except Broadband's product is substandard and costs just as much as the big boys. I used an indoor HD antenna just so I could watch the Superbowl in HD and 5.1 dolby surround. To my dismay, I can't get enough channels with the rabbit ears so I have basic cable. You can opt for Dish or DirectTV if you have a southwest view, I do not.
The grounds are well cared for except that many residents are poor at curbing after their pets. It's a poorly inforced policy. I have a dog and feel that irresponsible pet owners make live/living rough for us responsible ones.
