We have lived here for two years. I think the staff here is pretty average with most apartments. Not great but not the worst. Maintenace has always been friendly, helpful and fast. Our biggest problem is neighbors. Mostly those who refuse to pick up after their dogs and let their animals outside without leashes. There have been a few dogs who have chased our kids and nothing is EVER done. We have complained several times and staff tells me they will send out a letter to our building and we never see one. The animals in our building are large and most neighbors have at least two dogs which bark and run at all hours. The lighting and parking here are pretty bad. The parking is just annoying but we really hate coming in late and it being pitch black. It seems like the outdoor lights are never working.
