This place is amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool is as if in a resort, the staff is very friendly, and they get to any issues that you have in a pertinent manor even if there is only one person working. I have yet to hear any of my neighbors. There is a great fitness center along with a car wash and there is an on site spa. Parking is very ample and have we yet to have a problem finding a spot to park without a garage. We moved here from out of state without ever seeing the apartment and only going by what we saw on the internet and Lighthouse at Fleming is far better than other complexes we've seen throughout the area. Overall it is a great place to live and has fast and easy access to University of North Florida.

i would have to agree!!!!! what a joke they are! way to go lighthouse staff for writing a truthful rating........ HA! pathetic. you people obviously come on here to check what people have to say about you and all you have are NEGATIVE things that are said. i wonder why that is? perhaps because you suck at managment!

Great fitness center? It's the size of a small bedroom! And yes, you can hear everything going on in the apartments around you. I was on the first floor and my upstairs neighbors sounded as though they were running across the floors all night.
