Beware of breaking your lease!

You absolutely have to give 60 days notice, they reject it otherwise. And you get to options after that:
A. You pay for your 60 days, then $1000.00 to break the lease, or
B. You pay for your 60 days, then have thirty days to pay the rest of your lease off, and when they rent it out they refund the remaining months.
Um, I'm sorry, but isn't that what my security deposit was for' If I had read the lease more carefully and saw that, I wouldn't have moved in. My fiance gets transfered for work, so we never know if we can actually stay the full lease. I'll definately read the fine print next time. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
