Lousy turn around on any apartment repairs. Thefts, especially in garages, on a regular basis. Staff that is difficult, at best, to work with. They will tell you that it's all Mid-America's fault. Extra fees for EVERYTHING! I will never rent from this management company again.

The maintinence staff at lighthouse does a good job. I'll bet there are other reasons you have rapair issues.
