So Far So Good

After reading several reviews before we moved to Florida, we decided that L@FI was not a good choice, however after actually touring the property and many others we chose a 2b/2b apartment here. Maybe these apartments were crappy in the past but as far as I can see they must've done a 180* turnaround. If you think there are problems here try living in the nice area of VA, lol. The thing to remember is that these are apartments and not houses, and if you are having problems with others in the community, take your complaint to the individual. The other day, someone was walking a rather large dog in front of our lanai, this person decided that there was a good place to let it take a crap, my wife asked this person if they were going to pick it up, they said no and walked off. 5 minutes later they came back with a bag and picked up the poo. Maintenance has been great so far, not had to use them much. Office staff has been helpful answering questions when needed, at least the ones I've encountered have. Take my advice, don't form an opinion based entirely on what you read in these reviews, come out and look at them for yourself...... LOL I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE STAFF I am just a poor sailor writing an honest OPINIONATED review. Take care and God Bless

Really? How many lamps did you have to buy? Did you enjoy the lights and fans in the den and bedrooms? What about breaking your lease when you get shipped out? good luck there "sailor" and let me ask you one final question... how much are you paying a month? Cuz I can promise you- it's more than your neighbors... nobody has the same rent... they get you for as much as they can. Have you read your lease? Think you signed a 6mo... betja it says 13mo in small print with a 60 day notice to move out at the end, meaning you're paying for 15 months... happy still? Or just a simple "sailor" i.e. young and stupid... yeah, that's what I thought... who's gonna pick up your poop when you try to move out three months early and you sh%t all over the place? just curious.
