Where shall I start' Most recent' The mgmt is in the process of repainting all of the buildings, we were told that pressure washing would begin June 27 until July 4th weekend. Well 2 weeks after that is when they started pressure washing, then 3 weeks after that is when they started to paint the building. The painters tore the screen to paint the lanai, and it just got fixed last week.
The jack-offs upstairs are not teaching their kid not to run in the house (hoping he has scissors in his hands), We are awakened EVERY Saturday/Sunday morning (I don't mind Monday-Friday, I am up anyway to go to work) to the kid running back and forth, ever hear of a park Mom' When I called to complain (3 times) I was told once that I should go online to make the complaint, I asked her why when I have her on the phone NOW'
Once, when it was 20* out, my heat went out, I called at 7pm, maintenace had the balls to knock on my door at 11:30pm, after he told me a couple hours. Luckily my fiance was up still, maintenance couldn't even fix the heat then, he needed a part. 4 damn days later, I called the office and asked when they were planning to come and fix my heat or if I was going to freeze all winter.
Not to mention the jack ass maintenance men who had the motorcycles and would sit in their garage and rev the engine, even with the windows shut, you would still have to turn up the TV, but thank GOD those -------s moved.
Then, my first lease was up, I got a notice of my lease expiring on my door 2 months before it actually expired, the following month I requested for them to put a new lease on my door and I would sign it. That month I requested 4 times, my lease expired that month. I paid my rent as I usually do ON TIME, and I got a notice on the door saying that I needed to pay something like $200 more for month to month! Shi7 hit the fan, I told them I wouldn't pay that and I would move out before I paid that, it wasn't my fault I requested it from 3 different people, one person I requested my new lease from twice.
I have lived at LH@FI since January 2005, unfortunately, I have made the choice not to move until I make an out of state move sometime next year (2009). Since I have moved here in 2005, this place has gone to hell. The crime is outrageous, there was an actual RAPE in the complex. Car theft left and right. Check out the daily bulletin at this website http://p2c.claysheriff.com/main.aspx 4/17/08 was the rape. In the past 2 years (since the housing market crashed pretty much) the managment has lowered their rental stanards and have allowed some real winners move in.
I can not wait to get out of this complex and this state.
