This place is expensive and full of crime! Since the economy is in a slump, all sorts of people have moved in. It's loud, full and the walls are paper thin. The buildings are made cheaply. Ask any tenant and they'll tell you they can hear every alarm going off, every conversation or every urination from their neighbor!

The main office has only one or two workers who actually know what their doing. Forget asking the front desk administrators anything; you'll get the deer in the headlights stare. The grounds keepers are the other cool people on the property; just go ahead and ask them how much rent is.

Watch out for Laura Hensley, the head manager. This woman can't tell the truth to save her soul, so like I said, watch out.

All in all, just stay away from this place. I know it looks nice, but trust me, it's not. None of the windows seal, so you'll be constantly be running your a/c or heater all year long. Yep, high electric bill! This also means, you get nasty black mold that grows on your windows; NICE!

Let's say you rent starts at about $900 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, you can hear your loud 21 year old college neighbor still drunk and pissing at 4am.....and it's Tuesday.

The manager is Laura Hulsey. Do all bathrooms sound like a waterfall is running down the wall when upstairs toilets are flushed? Will any of you be staying or renewing? Sadly, spiders get into everyone's apartments in all complexes.
