I have been here for 18 months and have lived in 2 apartments; I have had nothing but kindness and consideration from the staff, office and maintenance. Every request I have put in has been met quickly and with politeness. I live on a bottom floor and although hear some noise from the apartment above(not much at all) it is totally within reason as this is an apartment.
I have never heard my neighbors that I share one wall with and have asked them if we have disturbed them at all, they advised they have never heard us.
As far as crime is concerned there is not a major problem in this complex; every area will have a rash of something but by and large it is very safe, you must always take precautions no matter where you live.
