I just have one word to say is HORRIBLE. Only one person in the leasing office know what they are talking about. Everyone else is just clueless. In the military and I had orders to move into base housing, and it was in my lease. I went to see one of the leasing agents and she argued me down saying i can't move unless i have orders, although all she had to do was look in my lease. But that's just one of the problems. I moved out, i didn't receive a list of damages from lighthouse until i got a collection letter in the mail saying that i owe them. Which they didn't even bother to call or send me the letter. 3rd floor is horrible. horrible staff. the floorplans are alright though.. And some of the people that own pets don't known how to take care of them. Poop spots available but the owners are too lazy to pick it up. Spacious and quiet. Need better staff members... NO customer service skills at all.

I want to fist say that I am so sorry for your experience. Please note that you are correct, that if you have orders to move into base housing all you have to is give us a copy of the orders and a 30 days notice. All you have to do is call her office??? BS!!! I had orders and I had it in my lease and I gave notice and I wrote it on my check and they still have the crap on my credit report!!! Anyone who moves into lighthouse is going to get robbed and have their credit ruined! Stay the F away!!!
