Lighthouse Court and those working there are nothing but scum. MAAC is a company known- I mean known for training their employees on how to con and swindle tenents. It's how they make money. Very few people know this but, MAAC gets paid under the table by the collection agency FOR EVERY ACCOUNT THEY TURN IN.
Leasing agents are trained on how to bully you into signing BS leases. They lie to you knowing what they say can not be used against them in court. Only what is in the small print matters.
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM MAAC OR YOU WILL BE SORRY BIG TIME!!!
MAAC SUCKS!!! LOOK AT THEIR TURNOVER RATE. NOBODY WORKS FOR THEM LONGER THAN A YEAR OR TWO. I SHOULD KNOW. I USED TO WORK THERE.
THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF AND LAUGH ABOUT IT. GO ANYWHERE BUT MAAC.
