Well...the scenery is nice, anyway. That's about the only thing, though. When complaints are given to the main office of other tenants being less than considerate, they are accepted with a bored answer of false repair. Then, after about 3 more complaints, they make YOU move to different apartment #. The maintenance crew left one of their golf carts out over night. One of the many hooligan tenants that lives here promptly stole it and rammed it into the side of my brand new car. When taking this to the office, instead of offering to pay for the damages, they said to pay for it myself, and they'll reimburse me for it when they get all the paper work together. I would have gladly given up the scene if I knew how uncaring these people were once I signed the lease.
