I moved in here in 1999; I wanted a place close to NAS but not with the usual problems associated with complexes surrounding a base. For the most part the tenants consisted of officers and senior enlisted, which was agreeable.

In 2000 the company bought out Bridgewater and the rents were lowered to attract more people. This is when this complex went completely ghetto. There were police there all the time and at least one drug bust a month. My car was vandalized twice, and I caught someone's unsupervised brat attempting to draw on it with a permanent marker; He only left when threatened with death. Management never got around to fixing problems, and while friendly, did not seem to get around to requests. THe parking lot looked like a junkyard with a car with blown tires and smashed windows gracing my view. I had about 5 guys in a one BR under me, who threw parties till late at night then threw glass off the balcony for amusement.

Too bad as this was nearly a five star place for the area when I first moved in.
