at first this place seemed nice it looked good the view was vary nice and the gate worked so my wife felt safe. i read the other statements and the no's were more correct than the yes's , of corse its posable that the staff could have had the positive remarks made. if you have a high priced apartment with a water view then yes it was good for you but for me it was good in the begining and then i had noisy neighbors and "club cars" loud sterio cars.
it wasent to bad untill i left and i got orders ot another command and they would not work with me and i had to pay a bundle to leave. who charges to clean a carpet and then replace it they do. i felt scammed and i just wanted to get away so unless they changed management i would say dont rent their. i think they are over priced
